Complete solution for processing biomass into ecological heating fuel

TheseCompact and powerful briquetting system with integrated drying was developed for the efficient conversion of biomass into high-energy heating briquettes. It is specially designed to convert raw materials with aHumidity of up to 60 % and convert it into uniformly shaped solid fuels.

The end product achieves a calorific value of3,800 to 6,000 kcal/kg and is ideal as an ecological substitute for fossil fuels.

Efficient drying and pressing technology

Through the use of aaerodynamic drying technology the residual moisture of the material to approx.12 % reduced. This is followed by compaction using amechanical piston driven high pressure press.

The entire process worksWithout electric heating elements and is characterised by low energy consumption of around30 kW from.

Binder-free briquetting

The high-pressure pressing process utilises the energy contained in the raw material.Lignin, which acts as a natural binding agent under pressure and temperature. This produces dimensionally stable briquetteswithout chemical additives.
