Structure and mode of operation

The system consists of a weigh feeder with belt or vibratory conveyor and an automatic packaging unit. packaging unit. Both modules work synchronously and are controlled via a common control panel.

• Weigh feeder - One or two weighing hoppers, controlled via the "Libra" controller with 15 adjustable operating modes.
• Packaging machine - forms the bags from rolls, seals all seams and separates finished packaging.

The film is automatically drawn in, formed and sealed. The product falls out of the weighing container into the prepared packaging, which is then sealed and ejected onto a discharge conveyor.
