Aesculap "Econom CL GT 806" 2 battery cattle clipper

The Aesculap clipper "Econom CL GT 806" with 2 rechargeable batteries is cordless and for large animals / cattle incl. 2 clipping plates GT 501 & GT 502 (cutting height 3.5mm). The Econom CL GT806 is ideal for clipping cattle, dairy cows, bulls, calves and works powerfully and enduringly with the help of the latest lithium-ion technology. With the Econom CL GT 806, Aesculap supplies everything for professional cattle shearing in one set (2 high-performance batteries are included in the set). One battery of the Aesculap "Econom CL GT 806" operates the clipper under full load for over 70 minutes and can be recharged in just under 80 minutes. So with both batteries together, 140 minutes of clipping is possible without any problems.

A charger for the two batteries is included in the Econom CL GT806 clipper set. The charge status of the included batteries can be checked simply by pressing a button at the rear of the battery housing. The original Aesculap GT 505 and GT 502 clipping plates, which are also included, have a cutting height of 3 mm and are therefore perfect for clipping cattle. The clipping plates are made of high-quality carbon steel. Due to their high quality, the PROFI shearing blades can also be reground as required. All in all, the "Econom CL GT 806" from Aesculap is a TOP clipper for cattle, cows & co. and delivers what it promises with 2750 rpm, pleasantly quiet and in Aesculap quality. Aesculap clippers have a particularly high-quality finish and cannot hide their origins in the precision production of surgical equipment.

Experience with Aesculap "Econom CL GT 806" :

We recommend using sufficient clipper oil when clipping with the Aesculap CL: before clipping, during clipping and after clipping. It is also advisable to always use the same clipper oil, otherwise you will quickly have a film that breaks off due to the different running properties (viscosity) of the oils. The first-class clipper blades last for approx. 7-10 full clippings depending on the type of coat and animal. We do not recommend re-sharpening the clipper blades themselves with blunt clipper heads as they must have a specific hollow grinding. This hollow grinding is spherical and is precisely ground by special blade grinding machines. Doing it yourself without hollow grinding can lead to the clipper head overheating and, in the worst case, to injuries due to jammed plates or similar.
