ADDINOL ASSEMBLY PASTE HTP 700 PG DESCRIPTION
ADDINOL Assembly paste HTP 700 PGis a black-grey, universally applicable high-temperature paste based onPolyglycol andMoS2 as a solid lubricant.
Operating temperature range:-20°C until+200°Cwith solid lubrication up to +700°C.
USE
- Excellently suited asHigh pressure andHigh-temperature lubricant in mechanical engineering for slideways, guide rails and joints for slow sliding movements.
- Very well suited for the assembly of shaft-hub connections (e.g. roller bearings, wheels, discs, flanges, bolts).
- Ideally suited for the lubrication of hot screw connections (e.g. superheated steam screws on turbines, valves, chains, shafts).
- Can be used to improve the running-in conditions of guideways, tracks, bearings, gearboxes, etc.
- WithThin film lubrication honoured forRolling and plain bearings suitable for the highest temperatures. (e.g. for bearings in processing plants, foundries, for wheel bearings of kiln systems in brickworks, ceramic and porcelain factories).
- Also suitable for lubricating machine elements that are not resistant to mineral oil (rubber, plastics).
