25x ring insulators - black
The ring insulators "S461R" 25x, for stranded wire, tape are black. With milled wooden thread - therefore easier to screw in. Weatherproof, UV-stabilised, for stranded wires and narrow tapes. The ring insulators are made of polyethylene and have a galvanised continuous iron support 5.3 mm (the support goes through to the head of the insulator: no breakage possible). Bag of 25 pieces

Material - Ring insulators "S461R" :
Around 30% of all plastic products are made from the thermoplastic polyethylene. Thermoplastics are plastics that can be moulded at certain temperatures. Polyethylene (PE) is chemically resistant to acids, oils and greases and has good electrical insulating properties. The material is highly ductile and cold impact resistant and can be injection moulded. PE is flammable and not inherently weather-resistant, which is why UV absorbers are added to insulators. In addition to fence insulators, polyethylene is also used to make fence tape, strands and ropes, for example.
